DroneShield Limited has announced a new securities issuance, proposing a significant placement of up to 87,776,916 ordinary shares, in addition to an offer through a securities purchase plan for an additional 6,250,000 shares. Key dates for investors include a record date on the 17th of April, with the offer closing on the 10th of May, and an issue date set for the 14th of May for the purchase plan. The placement shares are expected to be issued earlier, by the 29th of April 2024.
