DroneShield Limited has announced the opportunity for its eligible shareholders to participate in a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) aimed at raising up to $5 million, with the option to accept oversubscriptions up to $15 million. The plan allows shareholders to buy shares at $0.80 each, a significant discount compared to recent trading prices, without incurring additional costs. This initiative follows a successful $70.2 million placement to select investors and precedes a proposed $30.3 million placement pending shareholder approval.
