DreamEast Group Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. Sham Ying Man from her position as company secretary, effective 21 September 2024. The company, currently in compulsory liquidation, confirmed that her departure is not due to any disagreements with the board. The company’s affairs are now managed by appointed liquidators, as all directorial powers ceased following a winding-up order by the High Court on 11 March 2024.
