Drax Group plc (GB:DRX) has released an update.
Drax Group plc has announced that its subsidiary, Drax Finco plc, will redeem all of its outstanding $500,000,000 Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2025 on May 2, 2024. The redemption will include the principal amount plus any additional amounts and accrued interest up until the redemption date. Note holders are instructed to surrender their notes to the Paying Agent to receive the redemption payment.
