Draganfly Inc., a prominent drone solutions developer, has successfully completed a public offering, raising approximately US$3.6 million by selling 13.4 million units at US$0.27 each. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds towards general corporate purposes, including funding new product demand, growth initiatives, and continued development of its core products. The offering, managed exclusively by Maxim Group LLC, was conducted in the United States, in compliance with SEC regulations, but excluded Canadian markets.
