Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. has clarified its professional relationship with Agora Advisory Private Limited, stating it hired Mr. Dhaval Buch for leadership coaching services between October 2020 and April 2021 for a total fee of Rs. 6,58,000. The company emphasized that the engagement was a routine practice to support leadership transitions and was not related to any differential treatment by SEBI, as the coaching period ended before Ms. Madhabi Buch’s tenure as SEBI Chairperson.
