Dowlais Group PLC (GB:DWL) has released an update.
Dowlais Group PLC has executed a share buy-back, purchasing 149,416 of its own ordinary shares, with the intention of cancelling them to manage its capital structure. The shares were bought through Investec Bank plc, with prices ranging from 82.75 to 84.3 pence per share. Post-transaction, Dowlais Group PLC has 1,389,659,944 ordinary shares in issue, equating to the total number of voting rights.
