Dowlais Group PLC (GB:DWL) has released an update.
Dowlais Group PLC has executed a share buy-back, purchasing 196,627 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 80.75 to 82.2 pence, with the intent to cancel them, thus reducing the number of shares in issue and consequently altering the total number of voting rights. This move, part of a £50 million share buy-back programme, reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital structure. After this transaction, Dowlais Group PLC has no ordinary shares held in treasury and a total of 1,389,809,360 ordinary shares in issue.
