Starting in the fourth quarter of 2023, the Company has streamlined its structure into three new segments: Light Duty, Heavy Duty, and Specialty Vehicle, to better align with the motor vehicle aftermarket sectors and support growth post-acquisitions. Investors are being provided with updated, historical financial data reflecting this new segmentation, which doesn’t alter the Company’s historical financial statements. Additionally, the Company will discuss these changes in an upcoming earnings conference call and webcast on February 27, 2024.
