DoorDash (DASH) just unveiled an update.
DoorDash, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Blackburn, a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Amazon and in the venture capital sector, to its Board of Directors, effective May 6, 2024. Blackburn, who has an impressive background in global media, entertainment, and business development, will also join the leadership development, inclusion, and compensation committee. Concurrently, the company disclosed that current board member Greg Peters will not seek re-election but will serve until the end of his term, with no disagreements prompting his departure.
