dMY Squared Technology Group, Inc. deposited $50,000 into its trust account to facilitate a board-approved one-month extension for completing an initial business combination, now set for February 29, 2024. This extension is the first of up to 23 possible monthly extensions, potentially extending the deadline to December 29, 2025, as permitted by the Company’s governing documents.
