Diversified Energy Company PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 3,750 ordinary shares at a price of 1,100 pence each as part of a programme announced last year. These shares will subsequently be cancelled, leaving the company with 47,557,179 ordinary shares in issue. The buyback reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to generate shareholder value and manage its share capital effectively.
