The company has confirmed compliance with JORC guidelines, including proper representation by a competent person, absence of conflicts of interest, and previously reported Mineral Resource estimates in line with JORC standards. Notably, the offer document avoids the use of ‘metal equivalents’ calculations and in situ values, ensuring clarity and adherence to JORC requirements.
