Diatreme Resources Limited has significantly increased its stake in Metallica Minerals Limited, boosting its voting power from 2.88% to a substantial 27.79%. The change occurred after Diatreme’s off-market takeover bid, in which it acquired a substantial number of ordinary shares. While the ordinary shares subject to the takeover offers have not yet been transferred to Diatreme, the company’s influence over Metallica Minerals is notably on the rise.
