Diatreme Resources Limited has announced its intention to acquire Metallica Minerals Limited with an offer that includes a premium of 37.3% over Metallica’s 30-day volume-weighted average price. With a robust financial position, Diatreme disclosed a cash reserve of $34 million and reported a significant increase in net profit for fiscal year 2023, amounting to more than double the previous year’s. The company also actively engaged in investor relations, including presenting at the Brisbane Mining Investor Conference.
