Diana Shipping (DSX) has released an update.
Diana Shipping Inc. has secured a new time charter agreement for its Capesize vessel, the m/v P. S. Palios, with Bohai Shipping, set to commence on May 12, 2024. The deal stipulates a daily charter rate of $27,150, with a 5% commission to third parties, and is expected to generate approximately $14.39 million in gross revenue. This announcement follows the company’s plans to expand its fleet, which will consist of 38 dry bulk vessels and two new methanol dual fuel vessels to be delivered by 2028.
