Diales plc has successfully executed the purchase of 100,000 of its ordinary shares at 26.55p each, which will be held in treasury, as part of its previously announced share buyback programme. This acquisition affects the company’s total voting rights, with the total number of Ordinary shares carrying voting rights now standing at 52,648,822. The transaction, completed via Singer Capital Markets, is in line with the company’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
