Diageo Plc has announced the buyback of 174,663 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 2,816.00 to 2,874.50 GBp per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. The transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange and the shares were purchased as per the company’s previous instructions issued in October 2023.
