Desert Gold Ventures Inc. has upscaled its private placement offering to CAD $1,119,220, with each unit comprising a common share and a share purchase warrant, amid plans to invest in a Preliminary Economic Assessment and exploration drilling at significant gold deposits. The increased financing, which awaits TSX Venture Exchange approval, will support the company’s strategic growth in gold extraction and resource expansion.
