Deliveroo Plc has announced that Ocorian Limited, the trustee of the Roofoods Ltd Employee Benefit Trust, has begun purchasing shares to fulfill employee share-based compensation awards. A total of 3,536,790 Ordinary Shares have been acquired at an average price of £1.2721 per share, funded by a loan from Roofoods Ltd. These shares will support the company’s commitment to employee incentives, with further updates on the EBT Share Purchase Programme to be provided as necessary.
