Decmil Group Limited has requested a trading halt on their securities to manage disclosure obligations related to a significant upcoming acquisition by way of a scheme of arrangement. The halt will remain until an announcement is made or normal trading resumes on 17 April 2024. The company believes there are no impediments to the ASX granting the halt.
