Deckers Outdoor (DECK) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Dave Powers will retire as CEO and President of Deckers Outdoor Corporation on August 1, 2024, but is expected to remain on the Board. Stefano Caroti will succeed him, bringing over 32 years of industry experience. Caroti’s appointment includes a $1.2 million base salary, performance-based cash incentives, and equity awards. He will also enter a new Severance Agreement effective on his appointment date. A press release was issued regarding these executive changes.
