Damstra Holdings Ltd. (AU:DTC) has released an update.
Damstra Holdings Limited (DTC) has requested a suspension of its shares from the Australian Securities Exchange effective as of the close of trading on April 16, 2024. The suspension follows the approval of a scheme of arrangement by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, where Ideagen (Australia) Cerium BidCo Pty Limited will acquire all issued shares of DTC. DTC plans to request removal from the ASX official list after the scheme is implemented on April 26, 2024.
