Cytta Corp. has entered into an agreement with Genesys Technologies Limited to incorporate Genesys’s next-generation Wi-VHFi™ mobile broadband technology into Cytta Labs’ technology accelerator/incubator. This partnership, building on a joint venture from April 2017, aims to leverage Genesys’s proprietary technology to improve broadband connectivity in rural areas by utilizing vacant TV frequencies, or Whitespace. The integration of this technology is expected to provide Cytta Labs with a significant position in the industry, benefiting Cytta’s shareholders through equity and other interests in the new Portfolio Corporations.
