Cybeats Technologies Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising over $2.4 million. The funds will be allocated for working capital and general corporate purposes, with each unit of investment offering a common share and a half warrant. The company has also commenced a business development agreement with Spark Newswire Inc., to be compensated with shares post-termination.
