Additionally, the company appointed Jennifer J. McPeek and Rajesh Vennam to the Board, effective March 18, 2024. McPeek brings over 20 years of financial services experience, including a previous CFO role at Russell Investments, while Vennam, with his extensive background in finance and strategy, joins from Darden Restaurants where he is the current CFO. Both appointees have no reported conflicts of interest and will receive standard compensation as non-employee directors.
