The latest update is out from Crown Castle (CCI).
Crown Castle Inc. has announced the appointment of Steven J. Moskowitz as its new President and CEO, effective April 11, 2024, following a comprehensive search by the CEO Search Committee. Moskowitz, with over 25 years in the wireless infrastructure sector, including leadership roles at American Tower Corporation and Centennial Towers, will also join the Board of Directors. Anthony J. Melone, the interim CEO, will transition to a Special Advisor role to support Moskowitz until May 31, 2024, and will remain a Board member. His compensation package includes a base salary of $900,000, with additional stock-related incentives, and he is set to participate in the company’s 2024 Executive Management Team Annual Incentive Plan.
