CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 94,249 of its ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of $79.5111 per share. This transaction is part of a larger share repurchase program of up to $300 million, which was previously declared on February 29, 2024, and is to be completed by May 9, 2024. The recent buyback leaves CRH with 687,259,006 ordinary shares in issue, meanwhile holding 41,195,225 shares in treasury.
