CRH plc (CRH) has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 78,901 of its ordinary shares on April 18, 2024, as part of its $300 million share repurchase plan set to conclude by May 9, 2024. Post-transaction, CRH’s issued ordinary share capital will stand at 687,091,705 shares, with an additional 41,195,225 shares held in treasury. These treasury shares, representing 5.656% of issued capital, carry no voting rights.
