CRH plc has actively engaged in a share buyback program, purchasing 41,300 of its own shares at an average price of $77.9548, with the highest and lowest prices per share being $78.50 and $77.36, respectively. These transactions, conducted by Barclays Capital in the United States, are part of a larger buyback plan announced earlier, aiming to repurchase up to $300 million worth of shares by May 9, 2024. After the settlement and cancellation of these shares, CRH’s total issued ordinary share count will stand at 686,411,140, excluding treasury shares.
