CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc, a building materials company, has recently bought back 75,502 of its ordinary shares at an average price of $79.1060 per share, with the highest and lowest prices being $79.77 and $78.66 respectively. These transactions, conducted through Barclays Capital in the US, are part of a larger $300 million share buyback program announced in February. Following these transactions, CRH’s total issued share capital will be reduced, and 5.660% of the remaining shares will be held in treasury, lacking voting rights.
