CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has actively engaged in a share buyback program, acquiring 54,300 of its own shares on April 22, 2024, with the intent of canceling them to reduce the share capital. The buyback is part of a larger plan to repurchase up to $300 million worth of shares by May 9, 2024. After these transactions, CRH’s total issued ordinary share count will stand at 686,966,306, excluding treasury shares which represent 5.657% of the issued share capital and carry no voting rights.
