These shares are part of a $300 million buyback program announced on February 29, 2024, which is set to conclude by May 9, 2024. Following this transaction, CRH plc’s total issued ordinary shares will stand at 687,020,606 with an additional 41,195,225 held in treasury, representing 5.657% of their issued share capital.
