CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has actively executed its share buyback program by acquiring and subsequently cancelling 72,300 ordinary shares. This action is part of their larger plan to repurchase up to $300 million worth of shares by May 9, 2024, as previously announced on February 29, 2024. As a result of the transaction, CRH’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares, will stand at 686,677,448 ordinary shares.
