CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 60,000 ordinary shares, as part of a larger share repurchase program intending to reach $300 million by May 9, 2024. The transaction was managed by Barclays Capital in the United States, and this buyback activity continues following a previous announcement on February 29, 2024. After the transaction, CRH will have 686,749,748 ordinary shares in issue, with 41,195,225 shares held in treasury.
