CRH (CRH) (GB:CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has announced the acquisition and cancellation of 112,600 of its ordinary shares on April 24, 2024, through Barclays Capital as part of a $300 million share buyback program. The buyback initiative, which aims to reduce the company’s issued share capital, will continue until May 9, 2024. Post-transaction, CRH’s total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 686,809,748, with an additional 41,195,225 shares held in treasury.
