Courtside Group Inc (PODC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Aaron Sullivan has been appointed as the full-time Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary of PodcastOne, Inc. as well as to the same roles at its parent company, LiveOne, Inc., and its major subsidiaries, effective January 24, 2024. Sullivan, with a background in financial management, mergers, and acquisitions, has been the Interim CFO since December 31, 2021, and has experience with other top technology companies and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. His appointment involved no special arrangements or family connections, and his compensation is outlined in his Employment Agreement with LiveOne.
