Courtney Shea Exits, Katherine Lauderdale Joins Professional Diversity Board

Professional Diversity (IPDN) has provided an update.

Courtney C. Shea has decided to step down from the Professional Diversity Network, Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective August 1, 2024, with no disagreements cited for her departure. Katherine Lauderdale, with her extensive legal experience and leadership at PBS, will fill the vacancy, also taking on roles as Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Lauderdale’s director compensation aligns with the company’s standard for outside directors, ensuring a seamless transition in the board’s composition.
