Quilter Plc has announced that Coronation Fund Managers, based in Cape Town, South Africa, has increased its stake in the company, now holding 22.17% of the voting rights as of April 24, 2024. This change in shareholding represents an acquisition of voting rights, crossing the threshold that triggered a mandatory notification to the company, which was subsequently reported on April 26, 2024. The shares involved in the notification are directly held by Coronation Fund Managers with no financial instruments attached.
