Cordlife Group (SG:P8A) has released an update.
Cordlife Group Limited has announced the retirement of their external auditors, KPMG LLP, who will not seek re-appointment at the forthcoming annual general meeting. The departure follows KPMG’s issuance of a disclaimer of opinion on the group’s latest financial statements, although Cordlife states there were no disagreements on accounting treatments in the past year. The company is actively searching for a new auditor to be approved by shareholders.
