Corby Spirit&Wine A (TSE:CSW.A) has released an update.
Corby Spirit and Wine Limited’s subsidiary, Ace Beverage Group, plans to acquire the Nude RTD brand from MXM Beverages Ltd. for $11 million, aiming to become a leader in Canada’s RTD market. The acquisition is seen as a strategic move to increase market share in Western Canada and drive innovation within the company’s RTD portfolio. The transaction is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of Corby’s fiscal year 2024.
