Companhia Paranaense De Energia has announced the resignation of board members Fernando Tadeu Perez and Lucia Maria Martins Casasanta, thanking them for their contributions, particularly during the company’s transition to a corporation without a defined controller. An Extraordinary General Meeting is set for April 22, 2024, to elect replacements for the vacated positions. Shareholders interested in nominating candidates for the board have up to 25 days before the meeting to submit their nominations, in line with regulatory requirements.
