Compass Group plc (GB:CPG) has released an update.
Compass Group PLC has announced the buyback of 2,000 of its own shares on April 19, 2024, as part of its larger $500 million share repurchase plan scheduled for completion in 2024. The shares, each priced at £22.00, will be held in treasury, mainly to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes. Post-purchase, the company’s total number of voting rights remains at 1,702,764,189 Ordinary Shares.
