Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. has announced the complete exercise of an allottee’s option to purchase all new investment units offered through third-party allotment, with a total of 1,070 units at an issue value of 308,253,090 yen. The proceeds will be used for future asset acquisitions, increasing the total number of issued units to 780,342 post-allotment. The subscription and payment for the units are scheduled for August 20 and August 21, 2024, respectively.
