Colliers International Group (TSE:CIGI) has released an update.
Colliers International Group Inc. has successfully concluded a $300 million public offering, issuing 2,479,500 subordinate voting shares at $121 each. The capital raised will be allocated to repaying the company’s credit facility debt, financing potential acquisitions, fueling growth initiatives, and covering general corporate expenses. The offering also includes a 30-day option for underwriters to purchase additional shares to manage over-allotments.
