Brian Newman, with a notable background in financial leadership roles at UPS and 26 years at PepsiCo, has been appointed to the Colgate-Palmolive Board of Directors, effective March 15, 2024. His global experience in consumer products is expected to add valuable insight to the Board. The appointment coincides with the retirement of long-serving director Stephen I. Sadove, following Colgate’s director retirement policy. Newman’s compensation aligns with the company’s established director compensation program.
