Cognex Corporation’s Board of Directors appointed Laura MacDonald as the interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective March 15, 2024, following Paul Todgham’s resignation. MacDonald, with the company since 1994 and previously serving in these roles before Todgham, will receive an equity award of $50,000 in RSUs, which will vest over three years. This move ensures continuity in Cognex’s financial leadership as they search for a permanent CFO.
