Coca-Cola HBC AG has reported the purchase of 30,105 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from £26.9400 to £27.2800 per share, as part of its share repurchase program announced previously in November 2023. These shares will be held in treasury for potential use in employee incentive schemes or possible cancellation upon shareholder resolution. Following these transactions, the total number of voting rights in Coca-Cola HBC stands at 363,318,357.
