Coca-Cola HBC AG announced the repurchase of 102,508 of its own shares on August 20, 2024, as part of its buyback program initiated in November 2023. The shares were bought through various exchanges at prices ranging from £26.9800 to £27.3400, with the volume-weighted average price being £27.1017 per share. These repurchased shares are to be held in treasury to either support the company’s employee incentive schemes or potentially be cancelled by shareholder resolution.
