Coca-Cola (KO) has provided an announcement.
The Coca-Cola Company announced the appointment of Erin “Ellie” May as Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 1, 2024, alongside her current roles as Senior Vice President and Controller. May, with a comprehensive background at Ernst & Young LLP, will succeed Mark Randazza, who will continue as Senior Vice President and Assistant Controller. Additionally, Coca-Cola’s 2024 Annual Meeting saw the election of directors, approval of executive compensation, equity and employee stock plans, and the ratification of Ernst & Young as auditors, with various shareholder proposals also addressed.
